Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and sterility considerations, most of our products are non-returnable once opened. Many items are sealed in clear packaging or secured with tamper-evident tape.

If you believe a product may not be right for you, or if it appears damaged or defective upon arrival, do not remove it from its original packaging. Opened packages cannot be accepted for return.

To initiate a return for eligible unopened products, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) before sending any items back.
